Effective date: September 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how MaximillianGroup ("MaximillianGroup," "we," "us") handles information in connection with this website. We designed this site to collect as little personal information as possible.
Information you provide. If you contact us (e.g., by email or a contact form), we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and message. Please read the Unsolicited Communications section of our Site Disclaimer before contacting us; do not send sensitive or confidential information.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting infrastructure may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, used for security and site operation.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics, deployed through Google Tag Manager, both provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate — for example, which pages and publications are read, approximate geographic region (city/country level), device and browser type, referring sites, and on-site interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to distinguish visitors and sessions. Google processes this information on our behalf; current versions of Google Analytics do not log or store full IP addresses, and IP data is used transiently to derive approximate location. We have configured our analytics for measurement only: Google advertising features, ads personalization, and audience/remarketing functions are disabled, and analytics data is retained for [14 months — confirm setting] before automatic deletion. Google's handling of data is described in Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and its "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" disclosure (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).
Your choices about analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics across the web with Google's browser opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Visitors in regions where consent is required are shown a consent banner, and analytics cookies are not set unless accepted; you can also decline or withdraw consent there at any time. Most browsers additionally allow you to block or delete cookies.
Cookies. This site sets the following cookies. Essential operation of the site does not require analytics cookies, and declining them does not affect your use of the site.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have disabled Google's advertising and remarketing features in our analytics configuration. We do not use advertising trackers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is not directed to children; if we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
We use information solely to operate, secure, and improve the site; to understand readership of our publications in aggregate; to respond to correspondence we elect to answer; to distribute publications to those who request them; and to comply with law. We retain information only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law; analytics data is retained per the schedule in Section 2.
We may disclose information: (a) to service providers who help operate the site — including our hosting provider and Google, as analytics processor — under appropriate obligations; (b) as required by law, subpoena, or lawful process; (c) where disclosure is required or permitted by law in connection with unlawful activity or threats to safety, consistent with the Unsolicited Communications section of our Site Disclaimer; and (d) in connection with any reorganization of the entity, subject to this Policy.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), including the rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. As configured, we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA. To exercise rights, contact maximilliangroup@gmail.com; we will verify and respond as the law requires. [Attorney: confirm whether the entity meets CCPA applicability thresholds and conform this section accordingly.]
Visitors from the EU/EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions may have rights under local law (such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection under the GDPR). Where consent is required for analytics cookies, our lawful basis for analytics is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via the consent banner; our lawful bases otherwise are legitimate interests in operating a secure informational website and compliance with legal obligations. Analytics data is processed by Google, including in the United States, under Google's standard data-protection terms. To exercise rights, contact [CONTACT EMAIL]. [Attorney: confirm GDPR posture, the consent-management implementation, and whether a representative or additional disclosures are required.]
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to an informational site. Information is processed in the United States, including by Google as our analytics provider; by using the site from elsewhere, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We will post any changes to this Policy with a new effective date. Questions and requests: maximilliangroup@gmail.com.
